Winter has returned to FantasyLand, ushering in a frozen season filled with danger, rewards, and continued refinement across the server. The Snow Moon Winter Update is now live,bringing a seasonal event alongside a range of improvements that have already begun rolling out across the server.
As the Snow Moon rises, dormant threats awaken beneath the ice.
Snow Moon: Guardian Encounters
During the winter season, Snow Moon becomes an active battleground once more.
In Guardian Mode, players will face rogue mechanical guardians roaming the frozen terrain. These encounters are designed as high-intensity battles that test coordination, timing, and endurance.
Defeating the guardians grants a chance to obtain X-Mas Coins and Christmas Coins, available exclusively during the winter event.
There is no forced gathering or lobby flow tied to the encounter - Snow Moon stands on its own, waiting for those bold enough to challenge what stirs within the cold.
Winter Drops in Basic & Battle Modes
The winter festivities are not limited to Guardian Mode alone.
While playing Basic and Battle modes during the event period, players now have a chance to obtain Christmas Coins as drops. This allows everyone to participate in the seasonal rewards, regardless of preferred game mode.
Town Square & Winter Refuge
The Town Square remains open throughout the winter season as a place of refuge and gathering.
Familiar faces have returned to the area, offering players a safe space to meet, socialize, or simply take a break from the cold within the Chat Server. The Town Square serves as a safe and social space for those who wish to meet, plan, or simply enjoy the winter atmosphere together.
Ongoing Improvements
Alongside the winter event, a significant number of system, gameplay, and stability improvements have been rolled out, with most changes already active on the live servers.
These updates include refinements to:
- Guardian Mode phase handling and encounter stability
- Network and relay synchronization
- Inventory, shop, and messenger reliability
- Overall server performance and session management
