Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the use of Virtual Items, Virtual Currency, and any digital content or services provided by JFTSE, whether accessed in-game or through the JFTSE website. By purchasing, donating, or obtaining any Virtual Items or Currency, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
Definitions
- "Virtual Items" means any digital goods, in-game assets, or special items available through the JFTSE service.
- "Virtual Currency" includes in-game currencies such as Gold and AP. Gold is obtainable in-game, while AP may be earned through events or potentially through donations in the future.
- "Donation" refers to voluntary contributions made by the User to support JFTSE and may provide access to special content or privileges.
Refund Eligibility
JFTSE generally does not offer refunds of the price of purchasing Virtual Items, Virtual Currency, or of making a Donation. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all users. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as for transactions made without authorization or by accident. Any such request must be submitted within 14 days of the date when the transaction was made, and will be investigated in detail.
Non-Refundable Items
All Virtual Items, Virtual Currencies (Gold and AP), and donations made to JFTSE are non-refundable under normal conditions. Once Virtual Items or Currency are delivered, they can no longer be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Using Virtual Currency
Virtual Currency, including Gold and AP, are for use exclusively within the JFTSE ecosystem. These currencies have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be refunded upon receipt or redeemed for in-game content or services.
Donations
Any and all Donations made to JFTSE are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not guarantee any specific service or benefit beyond what is expressly defined at the time of the donation.
Chargebacks and Fraud
JFTSE reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to chargebacks or fraudulent activity, which may include suspension or termination of the associated account(s).
Refund Policy Updates
JFTSE may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in JFTSE practices or statutory obligations. Users will be notified of any significant changes on JFTSE website or by email. Users are encouraged to review this Refund Policy periodically to keep up to date on JFTSE refund practices.
