Terms of Service

By accessing or using JFTSE services, you (the "User") agree to comply with the terms and conditions governing the use of any areas of the Site and affiliated services as set forth below.

Use of Site and Services

The JFTSE Site or any portion of the Site, as well as the Services, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose except as expressly permitted by JFTSE. JFTSE reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion if it believes the User's conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of JFTSE, other users, or its affiliates. The User is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local and international laws when using the Site and Services.

Compliance with Local Laws

The User shall comply with the legislation of their country as well as the European Union while using JFTSE services. The User must also adhere to JFTSE's community standards and specific rules as published on the platform.

Responsibilities of the User

As a user of JFTSE services, member of JFTSE forum, and/or member of FT-Rebirth Discord server, you shall follow the rules set by JFTSE. These rules are meant to provide a peaceful and fair gameplay and communication. Failure to abide by the rules may lead to sanctions, including suspension or permanent termination of your account. The User must also comply with any community guidelines and specific rules as published by JFTSE from time to time.

Harassment, Abusive Behavior, or Chat

The User shall not engage in any conduct intended to unreasonably undermine or disrupt the game experiences of others, which includes but is not limited to provocation, bullying, griefing, and verbal or written abuse.

Discrimination

The User shall not make racist remarks and/or jokes or discriminate against others based on personal preferences, characteristics, religion, or origin.

Threats and Blackmail

The User shall not intimidate others by making threats or engaging in blackmail, nor shall they make any allusions to that end.

Naming Policy

The User shall not use names which are perceived as vulgar, offensive, or discriminatory. This applies to both character names and clan names. Any violations shall lead to name changes and/or sanctions.

Spam

The User shall not send multiple unsolicited messages ("spam") in-game, on Discord, or on the forum.

Impersonation

The User shall not pretend to be a member of the JFTSE Team, including but not limited to Game Masters (GMs), moderators, or members of the JFTSE Discord team. The User shall also not impersonate other players or clans, or attempt to copy the name of an existing clan. Violations may lead to a name change.

The User shall not engage in malicious conduct of any kind that is aimed at deceiving others.

Third-Party Promotion

Any commercial advertisement, solicitation, or offer through or within any JFTSE platform is prohibited without express permission of JFTSE.

User Information

• Sharing user information, including but not limited to usernames and/or passwords, is prohibited. No JFTSE team members shall ever ask for your credentials. JFTSE shall not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account.
• The User shall not sell information about other users.
• Obtaining user information from third parties, whether through solicitation or theft, is prohibited.

Client Manipulation

The User shall not manipulate or modify the JFTSE client, including but not limited to using cheats, hacks, or bots. This applies to all in-game modes (Basic, Battle, and Guardian).

Bug Abuse

The abuse of game mistakes/bugs is prohibited. The User must report any bugs to JFTSE.

Multi-Accounts and Farming

• The User shall not create multiple accounts at once to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to gaining experience, gold, or other in-game benefits.
• The above restriction does not apply to multiple accounts actively played by the User, provided no bots are used and other accounts are not left idle for rewards. Staying away from the keyboard ("AFK") or using automated play is prohibited.
• Sharing information on how to use multiple accounts is encouraged to maintain transparency.

JFTSE Events, Videos, and Promotions

By registering an account, the User agrees that their account or character may be included in events, streams, or videos for promotional or other purposes.

Termination of Service

JFTSE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. JFTSE may also suspend or terminate a User's access to all or part of the Services for conduct that violates these Terms.

Submissions

JFTSE shall not bear liability for any submissions. Any and all content submitted by users shall become the exclusive property of JFTSE and its affiliates, and may be used without restriction or compensation to the User. This does not include additions to the game's open source code, which remain subject to their respective licenses (e.g., GNU General Public License v3.0).

Third-Party Content

JFTSE and its affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of any third-party content available through or within the Site. JFTSE does not endorse opinions expressed by Providers or Users and shall not be liable for any use of such information.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

JFTSE provides the Site and the Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. No warranties, either express or implied, are provided regarding the operation of the Site, the content, or the Services.
JFTSE shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Donations

The User must be 18 years of age or older in order to make a donation to JFTSE. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. JFTSE does not assume any financial obligations regarding donations and shall not be held liable for unauthorized donations.

Acknowledgement

By accessing or using the Site and Services, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The User must be at least 13 years old to agree to these Terms. If the User does not agree with any part thereof, the sole remedy is to discontinue using the Site and Services. JFTSE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the User's continued use of the Site and Services after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Statement

User information collected through the Site is stored for reference purposes. Payment information is never disclosed or stored by JFTSE. Basic user information may be shared with third parties when required by law or relevant authorities. While JFTSE takes steps to prevent unauthorized access to user information, it cannot guarantee complete privacy.
